What a ride! By now everyone should have received their bags. We have loved the positive feedback and it has been so awesome to hear your good reviews.
When we set out on this journey 18 months ago as first time project creators, we really didn't know what to expect. We learned a lot and tried our best to make something our backers would love. Thanks for your support on this crazy adventure. We'll probably do it again someday :)
Now, as a way of saying thank you to our original backers, we're offering you a special deal of $50 per bag (limit two per backer). It's the best we can do without breaking the bank. Please read the following instructions carefully, as certain conditions apply and we will cancel orders that don't comply.

If you use one of the URL's, the coupon code will be automatically entered. HOWEVER, at checkout you must still press the "apply coupon code" button for it to be applied to your order.

2) There is a strict limit of two bags per backer through this special deal.
3) Orders must match the name and shipping address of an original Kickstarter backer. No substitutions.
4) Quantities are limited, especially in the EU and Australia. This offer is first-come, first-served. Once they're gone, they're gone.

EU and Australia underway

Hi everyone! Quick update today. From what we can tell, all shipments for Australia and New Zealand went out yesterday.
We have also received notification that Happyshops is pushing out EU orders as well, as confirmed by multiple backers today.
Finally, for the group of backers who got a shipping notification on Jan 8 and then had their order held to prevent having the wrong bag sent out: Ship Naked is working overtime to get this sorted out. It shouldn't be long now.
Out of approximately 1,000 bags that have been delivered so far, we've seen four that were missing the logo and stripe across the front of the bag, two that were missing shoulder straps, two that had padding on one side of the bag that got squished in shipping and couldn't be straightened out inside the bag, and one that was missing the rain cover (hint: check the top compartment).

We're very happy that so few bags have had issues so far, but we want you to be 100% happy, so please contact us if you need anything. That's all for now.

Hi everyone! It's the end of the week but international fulfillment has not moved as quickly as we were told it would. We have seen bags go out to various countries, but both depots seem to be a bit behind.
PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE DEPOTS. It will only cause confusion and additional delays. Thanks for understanding!

Hello! As of today we're about 2/3 of the way through fulfillment. Bags are being sent out every day. Since fulfillment is not complete, please don't worry if you haven't received a shipping notification yet. That simply means the fulfillment center hasn't completed your batch. Once all bags have been shipped, we will send an update containing that announcement. If at that point you still haven't seen anything, then we can worry together. But that's unlikely, and we promise to take care of you.
As frequent backers of Kickstarter projects ourselves, we've been on both ends of the delivery spectrum--we've received some rewards early in the process and we've received others late. We're happy to still be ahead of our original estimate for February delivery, but we know it feels like torture when you see others getting their stuff and you're still waiting.
For those of you still waiting, we promise we haven't forgotten about you. I'm sure our partners at Ship Naked would tell you we bug them every day to see what can be done to speed up fulfillment. To their credit, they manage a very complex worldwide operation, and we wouldn't have been able to offer our product to international backers without their help. We are grateful for their assistance.
TL;DR Almost all remaining bags should be shipped by the end of next week.
SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS THAT HAVEN'T BEEN UPDATED
A few of you are still asking about this. If you received a shipping notification (most likely between Jan. 6th to the 9th) that hasn't been updated since, then your order was held to avoid sending you the wrong color bag. You will receive a new shipping notification soon if you haven't already.
ONE MORE THING!
We've gotten quite a few emails from you about purchasing additional bags. We made a limited number of extras in each color, so if you want to pay full price for one right now, you're welcome to do so through our website or BackerKit page. However, once fulfillment of existing orders is complete, we are planning a little surprise deal exclusively for our backers as a way to say thanks for your support. In other words, if you can wait a bit, we think you might appreciate the savings. Stay tuned for that.

Hi everyone! A quick update:
Fulfillment is about halfway done. We have absolutely loved your pictures and emails and positive feedback. It means the world to us! We want you to be completely happy! If you need help with your order, please contact us at email@example.com.
When will my bag ship? I live in _______. Unfortunately, we have little to no control over the order in which the bags are being delivered. That's the downside to contracting out the shipping portion of the campaign. We know, for example, that bags reached the Australian depot a few weeks before the rest of the world, yet they still haven't been delivered. We appreciate your patience. It won't be long now! Ship Naked is working overtime to get the bags into your hands and we're grateful for their assistance.
I received a shipping notification last Monday and it hasn't updated since. If this happened to you, your order was held to ensure that you weren't accidentally sent the wrong color bag. A new notification will be sent when your bag ships.
I'm in Canada and I got the wrong color bag. If you were one of the 22 Canadian backers who received the wrong color bag, check your email for a message from us.
